Prices

All Prices are GBP sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current standard rate of 17.5% where applicable.

XS Military Ltd reserves the right to change prices at its own discretion at any time prior to acceptance of an order.

For orders quoted prior to purchase. XS Military Ltd reserves the right to vary the quoted price for the goods by upward additions in accordance with market conditions at the date of actual supply, the purchaser shall pay such additions, in accordance to the quoted price.

Orders and Purchase

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Please note all cheques will be subject to a five-day clearing period from receipt of your cheque.

All orders made on the website indicate an invitation to treat. Orders will only become accepted offers once payment has been successfully processed.

On receipt of your order we will send a confirmation email with your individual order number.

Payment Policy – Information Gathered

XS Military Ltd provides a safe online ordering and payment system using SSL encryption through Secure Trading L.T.D. Credit card orders placed through the website are so done purely at the purchasers own risk.

Our payment process system is automated and handled by Secure Trading L.T.D. an authorisation takes place when the purchaser places an order, if successful funds are debited from their account. 

The type of information we collect includes name, address, phone numbers and email address and where applicable Company Name. All this information is given during our registration process.

We do not store Credit Card details on our system, solely XS Military Ltd uses all information supplied to us, we will never pass your details on to any third parties.

Purchase Suitability

The buyer is responsibility for the deciding of the suitability of all goods purchased and for any misuse of goods and the consequences arising from misuse or modification of goods. All goods are sold in good faith with the onus of responsibility with the purchaser.

Postage and Packing

All Items sent are subject to Postage and Packing.

All items will be sent by the Royal Mail to the UK mainland and postage will be charged using standard Parcel Rates and calculated by weight. All overseas orders will be sent via Royal mail Parcel force and charged using standard parcel overseas rates and calculated by weight.

All postage options can be upgraded by the purchaser to Sign on delivery at the purchasers  expense. 

Delivery

We aim to deliver all items in stock within seven working days excluding weekends and bank holidays, to UK mainland addresses. All overseas orders will be dispatched within seven working days excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. The risk in delivery passes onto the purchaser on receipt of delivery at the purchasers address and not necessarily on receipt of the buyer.

Returning Damaged or Faulty Goods

Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made within three days of receipt.

If the buyer wishes to return any goods deemed to be damaged or faulty the buyer must contact the seller either by phone or email and obtain a returns number, and ensure this is clearly marked on the returned items and also a copy of the receipt. This does not apply for damage or fault caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear.

On the sellers’ receipt of said item, we shall inspect the goods and if we believe the items to be damaged or faulty, we shall refund or replace the item at the sellers’ expense. If proof of postage costs are enclosed at the time of return, we will refund the postage cost.

If after inspection the goods are deemed Not to be faulty, then the goods will be returned in the condition received and returned to the buyer at his own expense.

Returns

The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 (Distant Selling) entitles the buyer to return unwanted goods within seven days of receipt as long as the company has been notified and authorisation granted. Products must be returned, when in sealed packaging unopened, all items must be undamaged, unused, unwashed, and in a resalable condition, with original packing.

All goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted off any refund, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning these goods.

Images and Specifications

Whilst XS Military Ltd makes every effort to ensure that goods supplied correspond to, in every respect with the sample specification, image or description provided, the vendor is not responsible for the minor variations in specifications, colour or other design features and no such minor variations shall entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract or shall be the subject of any claim against the vendor by the purchaser.

Manufacturers may vary from specified on the site.

English Law Jurisdiction

English Law governs sales on this site and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. By submitting an order you are indicating unequivocal acceptance of these terms and conditions.
