Returns

Returning Damaged or Faulty Goods

Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made within three days of receipt.

If the buyer wishes to return any goods deemed to be damaged or faulty the buyer must contact the seller either by phone or email and obtain a returns number, and ensure this is clearly marked on the returned items and also a copy of the receipt. This does not apply for damage or fault caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear.

On the sellers’ receipt of said item, we shall inspect the goods and if we believe the items to be damaged or faulty, we shall refund or replace the item at the sellers’ expense. If proof of postage costs are enclosed at the time of return, we will refund the postage cost.

If after inspection the goods are deemed Not to be faulty, then the goods will be returned in the condition received and returned to the buyer at his own expense.

 

Returns

The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 (Distant Selling) entitles the buyer to return unwanted goods within seven days of receipt as long as the company has been notified and authorisation granted. Products must be returned, when in sealed packaging unopened, all items must be undamaged, unused, unwashed, and in a resalable condition, with original packing.

All goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted off any refund, and the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning these goods.
